Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Times (estimated)

• Europe: 5–12 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery can be faster or slower depending on your location and customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Orders
